Deposits
All charters require a $100 non-refundable deposit 1 week prior to the charter. Payment is due in full the day of the charter.
Cancellation Policy
It is the Captains sole discretion to cancel a charter due to inclement weather or other factors. In the event the Captain cancels your charter you will receive a credit on your deposit towards another charter at a time of your choosing.
